On Friday, Nov 11, 2022, it was our great pleasure to welcome DanangTV / a local TV channel to visit our office and interview our senior members related to the labor market of the software industry.
Ms. Thao Thai, our HRBP and managing partner, shared what we have been doing to attract and retain talents at our workplace. There is actually no secret about it, we are simply doing our best to treat the people the way we want to be treated by actively listening to our members.
Another interview with Mr. Phu Nguyen, our engineering manager, on his thoughts on the labor market at the moment and the digital transformation trends entering 2023. In his sharing, knowledge sharing and supporting members to grow to be proven a good tactic that every company should do and do more to grow internal members.
